Warrington Borough Council wish to procure a development agency service for the construction of two bungalows for rent under the Warrington Borough Council Affordable Housing Programme. This will involve providing a fixed tender for delivery up to constructions works starting on site and a second fixed quote for the project management service during construction. Please note that the Council is not bound to progress with the project management service. 1An architect has produced a design which has been submitted for planning permission to build 2 bungalows on a site. The development agency service will deal with all tasks up to a contractor starting work on site and provide a separate quote for project management service during the construction.
