Development of a Communications Strategy 1.1 - The Authority requires a Supplier to develop a robust and comprehensive communications strategy, which sets out the principles that we will follow in communicating with stakeholders. 1.2 - The strategy must capture the existing sense of who we are and what we do and embed this into a narrative that will subtly run through all external communications issued by, or on behalf of, the Authority.
