Manor Court - Boiler Replacement Central Bedfordshire Council is looking for an experienced and qualified contractor to carry out Boiler Replacement works for our supported housing property at Manor Court, Caddington, LU1 4AE. The property serves 29 units. Works include the removal and replacement of heating boilers, flues, insulation, control panel, circulation pumps, control and isolation valves in the boiler room. We are seeking a contractor who can display a high level of customer care for our residents while providing an efficient and effective service. It is intended that work will start in July 2018 and take 8 weeks to complete. Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you though the Tender process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all firms quoting, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. Please review the 'Clarification' tab for any update or responses to any questions raised. Deadline for Expressions of interest and availability of downloading documents is Monday 4th June 2018. Completed tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via out 'In-Tend' electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the 'My Return' section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your tender must be submitted via the 'In-Tend' system no later than Noon on Friday 8th June 2018
