Tender description

The scope of services is outlined into 2 distinct tasks of work which are to create a RIP portfolio level benefit tree / map baseline. Strategic outcome (quantified and unquantified) alignment for all current RIS 1 RIP schemes in a dynamic portfolio view and apply targeted Project Benefit Management Principals across a RIP pilot. Apply Benefit Management principals in line with best practice (DfT IPA guidance, APM methods or another) to 5 schemes (to be defined by the client) to provide best practice examples for future HE deployment.
