ARFQ - To Appoint a Principal Bridge Inspection Consultant to undertake Principal Bridge Inspections of Network Rail Structures

Sefton Council are undertaking a programme of Principal Bridge Inspections. Upto twelve structures spanning Network Rail land are included as part of the planned programme, and are to be inspected in accordance with the specification detailed in Section B of this document. However, it should be noted that, subject to the total price for the 12 no. inspections, the number of Principal Inspections to be undertaken may be reduced, to suit the available budget for inspections. All resources necessary to complete the inspections are to be provided by the successful Supplier; excluding the provision of access, testing and traffic management for which a contract has already been awarded to Clan. The 12 structures to be inspected are: 1) Barkfield Lane Footbridge 2) Coastal Road Bridge 3) Derby Road Bridge 4) Easdale Drive Footbridge 5) Hightown Station Footbridge 6) Kenilworth Road Bridge 7) Moss Side Railway New Bridge 8) Orrell Road Footbridge 9) Poverty Lane Footbridge 10) Victoria Footbridge 11) Waterloo Railway Bridge 12) Wicks Lane Footbridge
