Leicestershire County Council acting on behalf of the Midlands Highway Alliance is placing this PIN to seek further clarity from the marketplace consultation in response to its previous PIN, 2018/S 040-087413. Three options have been developed on the basis of the responses and the marketplace is invited to provide its comment on each option, including expressing any views on how the different options could be altered to make bidding more attractive. The responses will be used to develop a proposal to take forward to the next MHA Executive Board on 12.6.2018. For further information download the accompanying documentation.
