Advertising services. The Council is keen to encourage outdoor advertising contractors to work with the Council where opportunities exist to develop innovative advertising displays around the city. This will cover large format displays. To manage and facilitate the development of new initiatives the council has created a Large format advertising agreement, a register for the development of advertising on Council land and other advertising Initiatives. The Concession list will consist of outdoor advertising contractors who comply with best practice standards and achieve the required minimum threshold. Opportunities will be proposed by contractors exclusively on the agreement or via mini competitions. Advertising Services. The criteria will remain the same as the initial opening.
