Tender description

The University requires a wide and varying range of services each year. The specifications detailed in the cost schedule, represent a small cross-section of the types of work that are required. The University is seeking to appoint a maximum of five design agencies. There will be additional, but as yet unspecified requirements, for which quotations will be requested from the successful Supplier(s) as they arise. The University has two in-house designers and currently outsources design requirements. Design suppliers will be expected to work with the in-house designers and the approved print suppliers where appropriate. Design suppliers must follow to Aston University's corporate guidelines at all times. Suppliers must engender a commitment to support our mission to be the UK's leading university for students aspiring to succeed in business and the professions, where original research, enterprise and inspiring teaching deliver local and global impact. The successful supplier/s will drive the vision and add value through creative design concepts in delivering the following objectives; • Delivering concepts, ideas and content for integrated campaigns • Improve quality management of end publications • Create and deliver design solutions to a high quality and on time • Give clear guidance on the appropriate use of all design services • Provide excellence in customer service and enhance the staff design experience • Improve on the current SLA in terms of response to quotes and deadlines
