1014-18 Framework for the Supply of Exercise Books and Scholastic Papers

Tender description

This framework is for the supply of exercise books and scholastic papers to Supplies, the purchasing and distribution unit of East Riding of Yorkshire Council (ERYC). Please refer to the tender documentation for the full list and description of the goods required. Products purchased through this framework will be included in the Supplies catalogue, published annually, for re-sale. Customers of Supplies include ERYC corporate teams, schools and academies within the East Riding and also schools, academies and offices in other neighbouring local authorities, including Hull, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire. Once the framework has been established it is the Council's intention to establish a call-off contract for a duration of 24 months (18 September 2018 - 17 September 2020) with the option to extend for up to two further 12 month periods to 17 September 2022. It is the Council's intention to place orders on an annual basis. Interim orders may be required on an ad-hoc basis.
