Tender description

Powys County Council are seeking to engage with a qualified contractor(s) to establish a framework agreement for replacement of windows and doors to domestic properties over a 3-year period with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months. Community Benefits and the economic and social regeneration of the locality of the works is a priority for the Council and will be a key part of the tender process.
