The authority is seeking to establish a framework arrangement with a number of suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver Traffic Management solutions for a wide range of pre-programmed, ad hoc and emergency situations throughout the North Lincolnshire area. The authority is seeking to establish a framework arrangement with a number of suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver Traffic Management solutions for a wide range of pre-programmed, ad hoc and emergency situations throughout the North Lincolnshire area. The estimated annual value of the framework is circa £60,000.00 based on previous annual expenditure by the authority. This figure is a “guide” and given in good faith; however, the authority cannot guarantee similar levels of expenditure through this framework. The authority intends (at its discretion) to award works to all 3 successful framework providers on a “monthly” rotational basis (based upon availability, competence and experience), starting with the highest scoring tenderer and subsequent works then being offered to the next tenderer in line and so on.
