Tender description
The Council is seeking informal expressions of interest (EOI) in providing Telecare services in South Gloucestershire to inform our decision as to whether to re-tender for all aspects of the service including customer billing. South Gloucestershire Council currently commissions both the main Telecare service provision and the customer billing service through a contract which is due to expire on 25 October 2018. We would like to assess whether there is sufficient interest to continue to commission a customer billing service or whether to provide this function within the Council.
