Tender description

Herefordshire Council aims to secure quality, consistency and sustainability of supported living services throughout the County. This procurement offers the opportunity for organisations to work in partnership with Herefordshire Council to provide enabling, high quality supported living services that improve people's independence, health and wellbeing. The Council is keen to maximise the impact of available resources and develop the local support market by establishing positive long-term relationships with service providers. Please note estimated expenditure is approximately £3 million per annum however since this this for an approved list with multiple providers no single organisation is likely secure the full amount. The tender will be let under "Light Touch" arrangements under the EU Procurement Directives and implemented in English Law in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015).
