The States of Jersey is would like to invite you to submit a quotation and proposal to carry out a review of Jersey Electricity’s (‘JE’) proposed ‘standby’ charge in order to assess whether: a) It is fair and reasonable (as broadly defined in Section 2.1); b) Whether there is a minimum level of embedded generation required to merit the implementation of a ‘standby’ charge and establish at which point this should be triggered.
