Tender description
Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking to establish a provider list, using a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), of organisations able to provide Short Breaks and Childcare Services for Disabled Children and Young People and their Parents/Carers. See service specification for further details. By using a DPS the Council wants to ensure that all qualified Providers have the opportunity to supply their services when they want to. Traditional approaches, which typically are opened every four years, can be inflexible and can “lock out” potential providers in-between tenders. Under a DPS Providers will be able to submit their application at any point in time whilst the list is in operation and these applications will be evaluated periodically. The Provider list will target Providers that are able to provide the following; Lot 1: Individual Support Lot 2: Holiday, Play and Community Based Activities
