Tender description

Framework agreement for the delivery of clearance services at void properties and on land owned or managed by Magenta Living. Void property clearance services include the removal and disposal of: — previous tenants domestic rubbish, — garden litter, — environmentally unsound material, fly tipping, scrap metal, tenants debris, etc., from garden areas to tip, — garage — clear out and remove all contents to an authorised waste site, — clear out environmentally dirty dwelling remove contents to authorised waste site, dispose of anti-social, medical, human debris etc, — previous tenants' domestic fridges, fridge/freezers, freezers to authorised waste site, — other waste including calor gas bottles, TVs, computer monitors, computer desktop units, cookers, car or van batteries, car tyres, fluorescent tubes, paint cans, etc., in compliance with legislation regarding disposal of such waste. The services are to be divided into 2 x lots — Lot 1 North — this Lot and Lot 2 — South.
