Tender description
The provision of a facility to accept and compost green waste (excluding kitchen waste) from participating waste collection authorities (which provide household kerbside collections and undertake the cleansing and maintenance of public parks and like areas). In addition Lancashire reserves the right to include, from time to time, any other green waste for which Lancashire is responsible for disposal.
