Tender description

Arts Council England are seeking to procure a service provider (which may be an individual provider or a joint venture comprising of a number of providers, or a prime contractor that may subcontract certain elements of the services) to develop and implement a “consumer insight toolkit” that will provide national portfolio organisations and Arts Council England with insight into what audiences, participants, peers, artists and creative practitioners think about the work being produced by national portfolio organisations across the 2018-2022 investment period. This will include provision of 2 key elements: i) provision of a digital platform; and ii) consultancy and support services. Arts Council England welcomes tenders from providers who can provide all elements of the service, or provide those services in conjunction with subcontractors and /or joint venture partners.
