Tender description

The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) is looking to launch an industrial heat recovery support programme in Spring/early Summer 2018 which we intend will run for a period of at least 3 years. This PIN concerns the procurement of the delivery of the scheme. The contractor will manage the overall project delivery of the IHRS, which includes administration of the scheme, providing technical and financial expertise in reviewing received applications and progress against milestones, and monitoring of the delivery of projects until the programme closes.
