Tender description
Adur District Council and Worthing Borough Council are looking to replace an existing HR & Payroll system. The new solution may be locally hosted or cloud based and must be an established solution that has delivered tangible benefits to other clients. The solution should have the following functionality: 1. capable of running multiple payrolls with different paydates and payscales; 2. capable of handling a minimum 2200 multiposts; 3. capable of handling pension deductions; 4. solution must be HMRC accredited; 5. self service function for staff; 6. have a flexible customer generated reporting tool; 7. have workflow management; 8. be capable of integrating with other Council systems including Matsoft application
