Tender description

Maintenance and repair service for catering equipment, supply of new equipment and the temporary storage of equipment and fittings to be recycled into other kitchen refurbishments; ad hoc fabrication of kitchen areas/serveries to suit operational requirements. Planned maintenance and repairs, including emergency call outs, of catering and kitchen equipment including cookers, dishwashers, washing machines and insectecutors. Maintain an asset register which will include all kitchen equipment including small items not requiring annual maintenance. Annual PAT testing. Ad hoc fabrication of kitchen areas/serveries which may include altering pipework general joinery work, installing shelving, moving/installing equipment and designing new layouts. Supply of new fixed and portable equipment. Temporary storage for excess equipment to be reused in Council properties. Servicing, maintenance and repairs, including emergency call outs, for refrigeration equipment. Maintain an asset register for all refrigeration equipment. Supply and installation of new refrigeration equipment.
