Provision of Revenues, Benefits and Enforcement Services

Tender description

Westminster City Council (WCC) is looking to procure Revenues, Benefits and Enforcement Services The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 - Provision of Revenues and Benefits Services , incl. Housing Benefit Service, Council Tax Support Service, Council Tax Service, National Non Domestic (NNDR) Service and Business Improvement Levy Service. The contract will be awarded for a period of 7 years with an option to extend for any number of periods of up to 3 years in aggregate. Lot 2 - Provision of Enforcement Services for the Revenues and Benefits Services. The contracts will be awarded for a period of 5 years with no option to extend. WCC will aim to award one contract under Lot 1 (Provision of Revenues and Benefits Services) and up to three contracts under Lot 2 (Provision of Enforcement Services).
