North Lincolnshire Council (the Council) is looking to enter into a contract for the provision of 10 dog kennels located within North Lincolnshire Council’s boundary for the sole use of the Council for the housing of stray and other dogs held by the Council pursuant to its statutory duties, powers and functions as described in the attached documentation and invites you to submit a quotation. The kennels must have appropriate planning consent, be licensed for at least 10 dog kennels and comply with the standards specified by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and the general duty of care under the Animal Welfare Act 2006.
