Pinders Primary School - New Hall and Remodelling Works

Tender description

The works will comprise a new hall extension with adjacent stores and corridor link, remodelling of the existing kitchen and adjacent stores to create a new kitchen, remodelling of the existing hall to create two teaching classrooms and the refurbishment of several existing toilets areas. An external lift with housing together with external works, drainage and possible upgrade of utility supplies are also part of the scheme. There is no requirement for rainwater attenuation works unless otherwise advised. This is a call-off from the YORbuild2 Framework Agreement; West Area Contractors Framework Agreement, Lot 3.
