Tender description
Insurers are invited to respond to this tender for insurance and related services for Leasehold Property and associated Legal Liability, as required by The Guinness Partnership. The insurance will be placed through Weald Insurance Brokers (unless the successful insurer is Zurich Municipal, in which case it will be placed on a direct basis). A programme of insurance for Leasehold Property, to be placed via Weald Insurance Brokers Ltd, our appointed insurance brokers for the leasehold insurances. The programme will require Insurance and related services for risks that may include but not be limited to: — property damage and business interruption, — public, and, — products and Property Owners Liability. A full specification of required cover will be issued with the Contract Documents.
