Heating and Domestic Hot Water Equipment Upgrade

Tender description

The Regenda Group wishes to establish a contract for the replacement of existing heating and domestic hot water equipment inclusive of plantroom upgrades at a number of properties within Liverpool, Ashton-Under-Lyne and Oldham. The initial contract term will run until 31st March 2019, with the option to extend for a further twelve months, subject to continued satisfactory performance reviews. The estimated value for the initial contract term is GBP 600k (exc VAT), plus an additional GBP 300k (exc VAT) for the twelve month extension. Regenda will utilise a JCT Design and Build 2016 and as such shall be carried out under the terms and conditions laid out therein.
