Tender description
Wiltshire Council are seeking a provider to lead on the delivery of a weight management service for all obese adults aged 16 years and older living in Wiltshire on a 2+1 year contract. This procurement is being undertaken in accordance with the light-touch regime (LTR) rules (PCR 2015 74-77). The Council therefore confirm that the LTR OJEU threshold and timescales apply, as does certain flexibilities with regards to the tender selection and award.
