Tender description

The Drug & Alcohol Action Team (DAAT) of South Gloucestershire Council wishes to re-commission the substance misuse services in South Gloucestershire. The new delivery model will be based on an integrated primary care model, worth £1.3m per annum. The new services are expected to commence from 3rd April 2017 onwards for three years, with the option of extension for 2 years. There are 3 contracts available for the potential suppliers: — Contract 1: Engagement and Primary Intervention, — Contract 2: Integrated Primary Care Services, including Single Point of Contact, and, — Contact 3: Throughcare Services. The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) information pack is provided with this call for submission, along with relevant documents to support the providers’ submissions.
