Tender description

Valleys to Coast Housing Limited (“V2C”) are seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide grounds maintenance services across the Bridgend County Borough. It is proposed that this arrangement will be a term contract and will be divided into 12 geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. The core requirements are grass cutting between the months of April and October. It is important to note that 1 of the 12 lots will require shrub and hedge maintenance, weed removal and planting of bedding plants in addition to grass cutting. It is anticipated that delivery will commence in 4.2018. The proposed contract duration. Is 5 years with the option to extend by a further 2 years. This arrangement will be a term contract divided into 12 geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. This lot, Lot 4, relates to provision of Grounds Maintenance Services in the North Cornelly area. This arrangement will be a term contract divided into 12 geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. This lot, Lot 5, relates to provision of Grounds Maintenance Services in the Garw Valley area. This arrangement will be a term contract divided into 12 geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. This lot, Lot 6, relates to provision of Grounds Maintenance Services in the M4 Corridor area. This arrangement will be a term contract divided into 12 geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. This lot, Lot 7, relates to provision of Grounds Maintenance Services in the Porthcawl area. This arrangement will be a term contract divided into 12 geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. This lot, Lot 8, relates to provision of Grounds Maintenance Services in the Pyle, Kenfig Hill and Cefn Cribbwr areas. This arrangement will be a term contract divided into 12 geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. This lot, Lot 9, relates to provision of Grounds Maintenance Services in the Ogmore Valley area. This arrangement will be a term contract divided into 12 geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. This lot, Lot 11, relates to provision of Grounds Maintenance Services at Sheltered Schemes located throughout the County Borough. This arrangement will be a term contract divided into 12 geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. This lot, Lot 10, relates to provision of Grounds Maintenance Services in the Heol Y Cyw and Pencoed areas. This arrangement will be a term contract divided into 12 geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. This lot, Lot 12, relates to provision of Grounds Maintenance Services to residents' gardens located throughout the County Borough.
