This service includes grass cutting, hedge maintenance, verges and amenity grass areas, and shrub and flower bed maintenance of green areas for the trust. It includes high profile, highly regarded frontline services for the trust and will undertake a comprehensive programme of grounds maintenance work across the trust. It also includes the maintenance of a large number of horticultural features across the trust including grassed areas, shrub borders, hedges, floral displays, hospital grounds, car parks, and play areas. It includes high profile, highly regarded frontline services for the trust and will undertake a comprehensive programme of grounds maintenance work across the trust. It also includes the maintenance of a large number of horticultural features across the trust including grassed areas, shrub borders, hedges, floral displays, hospital grounds, car parks, and play areas, including: — planting and maintenance of seasonal flower beds. — leaf raking and woodland clearance. — minor tree works. — implementing specialist landscaping schemes. — special events and emergency works. — maintenance of floral displays, — litter picking, — special events and community support, — emergencies (including snow clearance) and out of hours works. — grass cutting and same day removal. The provider will be expected to offer expert advice & guidance on biodiversity, tree planting knowledge, etc. and suggest ways to improve the tree planting on our sites.
