Liverpool City Council (LCC) is appointing service providers to manage all or a large proportion of communication support requirements. The service providers will provide an ‘interpretation, translation and transcription service’ offering advisory and administration support. This framework agreement is also available and will be open for the use of Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council, Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council, Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council, St Helens Metropolitan Borough Council, Halton Borough Council, Liverpool City Region Combined Authority and all Liverpool Schools; a full list of which can be found here: http://www.education.gov.uk/edubase/home.xhtml. Liverpool City Council (LCC) is appointing service providers to manage all or a large proportion of communication support requirements. The service providers will provide an ‘interpretation, Translation and Transcription Service’ offering advisory and administration support, and will be required to deliver the following Services: — Face to face interpretation services (verbal), — Video interpretation services (verbal), — Telephone interpretation services, — Translation and transcription services. The award is made to 3 suppliers and ranked. Call off made based on rank and availability as specified within procurement documents and contract.
