Must demonstrate that the EPR solution supports an integrated acute and community service, they must also be scalable in nature. Specialist role Business analyst Expected Contract Length 6 months Latest start date Friday 1 December 2017 Maximum Day Rate Overall cost including travel and expenses Who Speclialist Work With EPR Project Team What Specialists Work On Financial and Benefits Model for EPR Solution Skills & Experience • have existing knowledge and experience from other NHS EPR procurements in the last 3 years • have provided consultancy support and the EPR Benefits and Cost Model to NHS Trusts to successfully support their EPR Options Appraisals • provide the Trust with senior and experienced consultants • have the experience to identify the critical success factors, risks associated with different options • have the ability to engage with staff and teams (including clinical) from the Trust • have the ability to lead appropriate discussions with clinicians and others (individually and in teams) to support the development of the modelling Nice to Haves demonstrate delivery of similar models in neighbouring Trusts Work Location Offsite and potentially Onsite meetings Working Arrangments Develop a Financial and Benefits Model to support the EPR full business case Additional T&Cs Intellectual Property Due to the complex nature and requirement to effectively and successfully manage the implementation process the Trust requires IP rights to retain the model, developed for the Trust. Any security clearance is required for this role ? All external bodies to the Trust are required to register via our Supplier Credentialing Solution. An in-date and valid basic registration in required prior to visiting Trust Sites, this can be done via www.whoareyoultd.com 2. What is the lead time for feedback once the application is submitted? 10 days 3. Will this role be within IR35? IR35 will be applicable if service not being provided by a Limited Company 4. Any chances of change in start date as the latest date mentioned is 1 Dec 2017? This is the date for responses to questions raised by suppliers - the contract will commence in December 2017 5. What are the other expenses which will be paid? There is a requirement to submit an all inclusive cost (incl travel and expenses) 6. What are the exact work locations? Darlington, Durham 7. Any specific format(pdf,doc) in which CVs to be sent later? pdf, doc. is acceptable 8. Is occasional remote working allowed? Yes 9. Is there any travel involved in this role and will the travel expenses be paid ? There is a requirement to submit an all inclusive cost (incl travel and expenses) 10. Is the rate inclusive or exclusive of VAT? Exclusive of VAT, VAT @ 20% will be added at source to determine overall cost to the Trust 11. Would you consider work permit holders (e.g. Tier 2 General Visa) and EU passport holders for this role ? The Trust requires that those who submit a response have both the communication and technical skills needed to meet the deliverables of the Trust. 12. Would it be possible to deliver this assignment as a fixed price contract with agreed deliverables, in that way we could bring in a mix of senior resources with appropriate experience of EPR business case development, procurement, transformation and implementation? There is a requirement to submit an all inclusive cost (incl travel and expenses). The combination of disciplines used to deliver the requirements is at the discretion of the provider. 13. Please could you briefly summarise the status of your proposed EHR solution plans, in terms of the current phase (Outline Business Case, Full Business Case, or other). ? We have a completed OBC and are working towards a FBC following a formal Procurement Process
