Chase Bridge Primary School is looking to undertake a Soft Market Test (SMT) in relation to a unique event opportunity taking advantage of just under 10,000 sqm of space adjacent to Twickenham Stadium, for use during match-days. Chase Bridge Primary School is looking to undertake a Soft Market Test (SMT) in relation to a unique event opportunity using just under 10,000 sqm of space next door to Twickenham Stadium, a major UK venue and the home of English rugby. The opportunity would provide a license to a suitable partner to run events, hospitality and car-parking on a number of match-days per year, giving access to the up to 82,000 people that make their way to and from the stadium for some of the county's highest-profile sporting events. As part of the SMT, the school is looking to engage with potential partners for this opportunity in order to structure a potential future tender exercise that will be of appropriate value to all parties. This is likely to be - but is not limited to - event providers, marketing agencies and car-parking service companies. This is the chance to help shape a unique opportunity that allows the activation of an event or brand right into the heart of English rugby.
