Tender description

The London Borough of Waltham Forest (the “Authority”) has appointed a Single Provider to provide a litter and street scene enforcement Service. Littering, spitting, dog fouling and other antisocial behaviour affect the quality of the local environment and have an adverse impact on how places look and are perceived. These activities also negatively influence how attractive the local area is to residents, workers, visitors and investors such as businesses and their trade. To ensure that the environment is kept clean and safe the Council has procured an Environmental EnforcementService for an on street civil enforcement services for 3 years from 10 April 2017 with the option to extend for afurther period of 18 months. . The service will be based on a ‘no cost - no risk’ financial model (to the Authority).Service delivered in the borough of Waltham Forest.
