Fareham Borough Council is seeking experienced consultants to support and embed their placemaking aspirations in the development and delivery of Welborne Garden Village. In particular, to develop a Placemaking Strategy for Welborne Garden Village and support the Local Planning Authority’s role in assessing the proposals that are put forward by the master developer, Buckland Development Limited.
