The research needs to be undertaken by an organisation that has specialist knowledge of the adult mental ill health sector and adult social care and is experienced in undertaking such research projects The research will compromise of two key elements as follows: The first key area will be an examination of good practice and the second element will look at how to develop the care, support and enablement provider market in Nottingham City without destabilising the homecare and residential care sector within the City.
