Tender description

Hampshire County Council (The Authority) invites applications from qualified and suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for admission to the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Provision of Cleaning and Window Cleaning Services. The DPS will be divided into 3 Categories / Lots - Category / Lot 1 - Cleaning and window cleaning services - Hampshire Constabulary / OPCC Category / Lot 2 - Cleaning and window cleaning services - Non-Educational and Educational Category / Lot 3 - Window cleaning services the DPS will commence on the 2 March 2018 and will operate for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend in annual increments up to a maximum of 6 years. Category 1 - Cleaning and window cleaning services – Hampshire Constabulary / OPCC will include general building cleaning and window cleaning, custody cleaning and forensic cleaning to a variety of Hampshire Constabulary and OPCC sites across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight including but is not limited to the following: - Beat Offices - Catering Kitchens - Firing Range - Office of Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire - Winchester - Operational Headquarters - Winchester - Police Investigation Centres (PICs) - Police Stations - Scenes of Crime Laboratories - Shared Premises with other Organisations - Support and Training Headquarters – Netley • Vehicle Workshops - Vulnerable Witness Suites. Category 2 - Cleaning services and window cleaning services – Non-educational and educational will include general cleaning and window cleaning to educational and non-educational buildings at a variety of sites across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight including but not limited to the following: - Schools including Academies and Local Authority - Hampshire County Council Premises / Buildings - Hampshire Fire and Rescue Premises / Buildings. This lot (Category) is for the provision of window cleaning to educational and non-educational buildings at a variety of sites across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight including but not limited to the following:- - Schools including Academies and Local Authority - Hampshire County Council Premises / Buildings - Hampshire Fire and Rescue Premises / Buildings - Other Authorities in the South East of the United Kingdom who are listed on the South East Business web portal: https://www.businessportal.southeastiep.gov.uk.
