006038 — Café Operator Concession — Supplier Engagement Event This is an invitation for suitable providers for a fully manage Café Operator Concession solution to attend an event to discuss potential opportunities in relation to the facility in order to help inform our specification in readiness for a forthcoming tender opportunity. 006038 — Café Operator Concession — Supplier Engagement Event This is an invitation for suitable providers for a fully manage Café Operator Concession solution to attend an event to discuss potential opportunities in relation to the facility in order to help inform our specification in readiness for a forthcoming tender opportunity. We are seeking a sole operator to undertake a concession in the busy Newcastle City Community & Information Hub and Library, which is located within the city centre just off key shopping streets. The facility also contains a number of function rooms and provision of additional services in the building. As a minimum, the potential supplier will offer the following: — the ability to offer a fully managed Café Concession, — previous/similar experience of running a static based concession, — a commitment to support the Council maximise the commercial opportunity of the concession whilst maintaining a high level of service. This event is free of charge. No expenses will be paid by the Council for your attendance. Event Date: 31.1.2018. Location: City Community & Information Hub and Library, Charles Avison Building, 33 New Bridge Street West Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8AX. 1 hour sessions will be scheduled which intend to discuss possible solutions for the concession followed by a short tour of the facility. Sessions will take place from 9:00 am.
