Tender description

To procure a total Facilities Management Service for all conventional service disciplines across the Clare Hall estate through a provider via competitive tender. The Clare Hall estate comprises a diverse mix of 12 buildings of varied age, design and function, with net internal area totalling around 16,787 m2 set in a site of approximately 22 acres, which includes tennis courts and a car park. The Clare Hall facility has varied functions and includes offices, laboratories, teaching and research facilities. Initially, only 5 of the 12 buildings will be operational and in use, with others coming on line as and when required. The scheduled services to be provided will be inclusive of, but not limited to: — total cleaning, — engineering (M and E services), — security (staffing and systems), — landscaping, — pest control, — catering, — waste and hazardous waste, — Staff Transport (To and from Potter’s Bar station).
