However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Interested participants MUST complete the Non Disclosure Agreement (which can be found in the documents section of the Tenderbox), sign the agreement and send it through to OS via the Delta E-sourcing portal, at which point OS will provide the Participant will be provided with the full Tender Pack.
