The contract is for the provision of services relating to Garden Waste Composting Services (“the Contract”) to Durham County Council (“the Council”). Specifically, the Contract is for the provision of Services in accordance with the following core requirements:• Composting of garden waste collected at the kerbside to a BSI PAS 100 standard; • Composting of garden waste produced through Clean & Green (parks and grounds); operations to a BSI PAS 100 standard; • Ensure continuity of service and. • Comply with all relevant Legislation. No haulage services are required as part of this Contract as the Council will deliver the garden waste directly to the Delivery Point and/or Facility.
