Tender description

Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) Irish Rail has a requirement for the provision of a new enterprise grade Website Content Management system to manage its websites, a minimum of 2 public facing websites (irishrail.ie and rosslare.ie) including resilient Hosting. This requirement is to include seamless integration into 3rd party systems such as our Journey Planner, Real Time Systems, CRM, and E-Commerce Systems. As part of this tender, IÉ will require: — full Implementation of a new Website Content Management System, — customised integration with Journey Planner, Real Time Systems, CRM and E-Commerce Systems, — Design and Content Migration from existing websites, — Testing, Training and Documentation, — production, pre-production, system integration and development instances with resilient hosting, — 24/7 Ongoing Support and Maintenance for the WCM and Hosting (with no downtime), — Ongoing Agency Website Support and Development Services.
