Tender description

Services required are to provide inspection, testing, servicing and reactive maintenance for the following equipment at properties within the Kent Police and Essex Police Districts: — thermostatic mixing valve maintenance, — cold water storage tank maintenance, — water quality control scheme, — risk assessments, audits and records, — flushing of little used outlets, — temperature recording of TMVs, sentinel taps and calorifiers, — responsible person training.
