However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Wandsworth Borough Council and the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames are tendering a contract for removals and storage services. The successful tenderer is required to undertake routine removals of residents' possessions from one home to another, which may sometimes include an element of storage in circumstances where it is felt that the Councils have an obligation to provide the necessary assistance. Tenderers are referred to the draft Procurement Documents which sets out the Council's requirements in detail.
