Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of all permanent and temporary Works associated with the restoration of sea defences at Blue Circle Island, Larne Lough. The scope of works for this project comprises all temporary and permanent civil works associated with the following; restoration of the sea defences to the western side of the island, resurfacing of the island, compliance with the conditions of the Marine Construction Licence, compliance with the conditions of the Planning Permissions. The breeding season on the island works may not commence until all birds have left the island. This is expected to be CIRCA 1st September 2018 however the Commencement Date for works on the island is later than this to allow RSPB to confirm the birds have left. All Works on the island must be completed by 31 December 2018.
