Tender description

The purpose of this exercise is, prior to a potential procurement process, to gain an understanding of initial thoughts, appetite and information from potential delivery organisations, regarding a number of issues related to the supply and delivery of external LED’s. Going forward the Council is looking to engage a single organisation to ensure delivery of the Council’s future requirements for external LED provision. Once the Framework is sourced, the intention is to issue an LED specification to a supplier/provider/distributor who will propose a product which meets the requirements of the specification and any lighting requirements with a price which based on tendered rates.
