Summary of the work To meet the demands for a high quality and robust infrastructure, BCUHB are looking to partner with Supplier to provide Professional Services and support for the following elements of the Cisco infrastructure. Professional Services for the following Cisco UC services Legacy to Cisco migration Support Support Services Cisco UC Services Specialist role Product manager Latest start date Monday 18 June 2018 Who Speclialist Work With They will be working with Senior Data & Voice Engineers and related IT Service Managers What Specialists Work On Lot 1 Professional Services for the following Cisco UC services: Switchboard Operator Service - Arc Enterprise (Installation, commissioning, migration services) at three district General Hospital sites. Unified Communications Service Development (Cisco Jabber, Expressway, VC integration services).
