Tender description

The University of Sheffield wish to appoint a company to provide the print and fulfilment of the Alumni Magazine Package for a period of 33 months (subject to satisfactory performance) and is estimated to commence in April 2018 running until December 2020 with the option to extend for a further one plus one years thereafter (33 months + 12 months + 12 months). The Alumni Magazine Package consists of 1 magazine, 1 questionnaire / membership card, 1 return envelope, 1 insert and a carrier envelope. 2 size and quality options are to be considered. The services to be provided are detailed in the ITT document. All questions, clarifications and your tender response must be submitted through the University’s on line e-tendering system https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sheffield to arrive by the date and time specified above.
