Parking enforcement services

Tender description

Dublin City Council will shortly be advertising for a new contract for parking enforcement services which will include, inter alia, vehicle immobilisation (wheel clamping) and removals, vehicle pound, online/call payment centre and associated IT services. The parking enforcement service operates across a number of areas with different priorities and at different times and days, i.e., — City Centre, — Suburban Villages, — Residential Pay and Display Areas, — Bus Corridors/Clearway and major arterial routes. The primary objectives of the service are, — High levels of compliance with on-street parking controls, — Sufficiently high level of enforcement to provide significant deterrent to illegal parking, — High level of customer care and service quality.
