Tender description
Provision of Infrastructure Support services for the VCS, consisting of wrap-around, targeted support that covers communications, finance support, governance, premises support, IT support, training targeted at voluntary and community groups and strategic leadership of the local VCS (and in particular, tying into the Kingston Strategic Partnership) within Kingston upon Thames for a period of 2 years with an option to extend by one year increments up to a maximum of additional 3 years. Direct Negotiation with the incumbent provider under Regulation 32 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
